Anhui San’an is a wholly-owned subsidiary of San’an Optoelectronics. It officially settled in the Wuhu industrialization base in January 2010, focusing on the R&D, production and sales of LED epitaxial wafers and chips.
The company operates 118 production lines. Each line is equipped with one core MOCVD unit and nearly one hundred sets of intelligent chip manufacturing auxiliary equipment. Most production equipment is imported from Germany, Japan, Taiwan region of China, the United States, the United Kingdom and South Korea, featuring state-of-the-art technologies for LED epitaxial growth and chip fabrication. In addition, complete utility support systems required for manufacturing processes have been constructed to match production operations.

San’an Anhui boasts multiple provincial and municipal R&D platforms. It has been listed among Wuhu’s Top 100 Industrial Enterprises for 13 consecutive years and garnered numerous accolades including the Anhui Provincial Gold Patent Award and China Excellent Patent Award.
